Body Positive Yoga

Body positive yoga is all about showing up on the mat and bringing your bodacious bod along for the ride, with no expectations, no winning or losing, no right or wrong way to do it. Learn to hear your body, to honor your body, and to enjoy the beautiful feeling of moving your body in a whole new way.
My favorite thing about yoga? It is for EVERY BODY. Yup, every single one! So grab your mat, grab a friend, and meet me and my crew for a class. Or, enroll in one of my groups~ mindfulness and body-positive movement are weaved throughout all of my offerings. It's good stuff!
In addition to my work as a Dietitian, I am a passionate Yoga Teacher with a specialized teaching approach that combines movement, mindfulness, and recovery skills. I love what I do, and I wholeheartedly believe in the power of yoga in recovery. Whether this is your first class or your hundredth class, come! You will fit right in :)
